Punch Out!

  • Nov. 12th, 2009 at 10:26 PM

So a number of things have been going on recently. I'm slowly learning photoshop, but I keep on trying to take self-portaits and end up doing something stupid with my camera. But I'm hoping to get some good ones tomorrow and post em'.
I found out I can't graduate until April. Its a looooong story, but its full of university bureaucracy that's a bunch of nonsense. I had a meltdown, over it now. I'm just ready to get overseas honestly.
Today was an interesting day. A girl in one of my classes came up to me to present me a gift. She told me she admired my style and saw this and thought about me. She bought me...a piercing gun kit. I don't know how exactly she thought that this had anything to do with me. But I am now fully equip to pierce someone's ears with a gun. I have all kinds of jewelry and everything. Whats even more shocking is that those kits run around $100. Its such a weird situation, but I'm grateful that she thought highly enough of me to buy me such a gift. Its one of the most unique things I've received... that's for sure.
So, what to do with this now? I'd be damn to piercing anything other than earlobes with a gun! So uh..if you want your earlobes pierced... come on down!
Halloween was a week or so ago. Our costumes turned out awesome. I created this massive hair piece for me and found out that egg whites is what makes hair stick to your face (thanks pookie!) The day after Halloween I was left feeling very sore and a bruise on my ass in the shape of teeth marks. haha thanks Laura! Anyways...Pictures under the cut.
Sometimes I dislike being such a nocturnal creature. Its 10 pm here and I'm in the mood to take some pictures now, but my place has horrible lighting at night and I haven't figured out a way to fixed it. Any suggestions?
For those of you close to me, you are aware of my phobia with eyebrows. I think its because I naturally have very thick eyebrows that I have been insecure about all through my teens and somewhat now. I'm thinking about shaving them off and drawing them on again. But I'm not sure if its such a good idea. Maybe I'll do it one last go before I move overseas where I won't be able to do it, even if I was determined to do so. What you all think?
Anyways, Halloween pictures after the cut! Enjoy!

Someone teach me how to use photoshop! I have it...but every time I pull it up I get confused and discouraged. I want to start editing photos myself. I'm tired of investing time and money into my wardrobe and then getting photos that are not up to par.
Also, I just need someone to come over and shoot photos of myself for me. You don't have to be a photographer, I have a camera, all you have to do is make sure I'm in focus and in the frame and that's it. Oh yea, and don't be a creep ( I would prefer a female.) I have all these ideas and so many outfits I have yet to do a proper shoot in, its driving me crazy!
Oh yea. So I'm really stressed out lately. I think graduating college is one of the most stressful things a person can go through. I have no idea what I want to do with a graduate. So, I'm applying for jobs to teach English overseas. Currently I'm looking into teaching in Bangkok Thailand or Bali Indonesia (two places I looooove!) But Indonesia's VISA requirements are giving me a headache, so it might be Thailand.
Pookie and I have another amazing Halloween idea in the works. You put two crazy/creative/intelligent/odd women together and the possibilities are endless!
Ah I'm exhausted, stressed, but optimistic about the future.

Here's some eye candy!

Well hello there livejournal. So life has been pretty busy lately. I'm not sure were to begin. Lots of changes, all for the good. Bali proved to be a phenomenal experience that has changed me a lot. I feel in love with the place (actually I cried on the plane ride home.) For once, I was not homesick! I didn't even miss American food, having internet, even my latex! I mean, the only thing I got close to was thinking this or that would complete an outfit I was planning on wearing for a night out. Who knew that Indonesia would be such a life changing experience.
Here's the amazing part: all the Americans I was with...we all got along! It was ridiculous! No drama, everyone was laid back and open minded, so awesome. I'm still shocked. Everyone embraced one another personalities. I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to have this experience with.
I don't even know what else there is to say. It was all amazing. That's the only conclusion I can come to.
Anyways, I suppose the rest can be explained with pictures! ( okay honestly, this took the longest time. So I better get lots of comments. haha also some modeling stuff in there too.) So here are 300+ Bali photos!

Bulay!

  • Jul. 23rd, 2009 at 12:09 PM

I'm alliiivveee!!!! Christ I can't believe I'm already half way through my Bali stay. Internet has been a hit or miss here. But at the NGO that I work at the have wi-fi (a luxury!) So I was able to load up my pictures and do some updates for you all.
Okay where to begin...
I'm living with a host family in Denpasar Bali. My host mom, Gung Ni Ni is a firely little Balinese woman. My bedroom has two balconys that allow the breeze to flow through my room and have the sound of Balinese traffic lure me to sleep.
During the day, I work at an NGO. My NGO, Mitria Bali, is about fair trade. The people who work here are amazing and I'm mostly doing English translations and helping them write emails to their English speaking buyers.
In the evening, I teach English to high school kids. Fun yet challenging, they can be quite a handful.
Other than that, we have been exploring the Island. Seeing temples and hanging out on the beach. All the volunteers get along, no drama, no lego-man. All is good. I am so surprised at how well we are all getting along.
This weekend, I am traveling to Java to the city of Yogyakarta. I'm excited to see Indonesia since Bali is so unique from the rest of the islands.
Anyways, days are filled with motorbike rides, getting hit on by weird Balinese men (they say: Hello Bulay (white person) oh lala! yes!?) Eating delicious food! Ah yes life is good.

Anyways, pictures..

Asia Triple Play

  • Jun. 22nd, 2009 at 1:33 AM

Another trip to Asia, another long flight, another trip full of memories. I'm kinda excited, kinda nervous, but altogether open to the new experience. Going to Indonesia Bali will be thrilling. I will be living with a host family, studying Indonesian, working with an NGO, and teaching some English. I am not going to be conducting my research. I think I've seen enough girls with HIV infections to last me a lifetime.
Meanwhile, I've been busy finishing up a spring semester and modeling.
Anyways, flying out to San Francisco tomorrow for two days of training for Bali. Then flying out to Bali at one in the morning on Thursday!
Of course I will post pictures of my trip and such on here for all to enjoy.
Until then! Here are some photos from several of my recent shoots:

I cannot wait! I miss Asia and all its crazy-ness so much!

Ah hell...I haven't updated in awhile. But I have.. pictures!!! yay! so check them out at the bottom of this.
In other news.
My computer crashed a couple of weeks ago. I had to get everything replaced on it, plus I lost everything I had on my hard-drive. Sucks. However, it is nice to have a fresh start after almost four years of putting who knows what on my PC.
School.. ah school. My holding tank...is doing well. Besides having a bit of a witch of a teacher in my case studies for PR class... its all going quite smoothly.
Also.. A special thanks goes out to one of my former slaves when I was a mistress. Today I recieved 2 pairs of stockings, 1 pair of gloves, and 3 pairs of 8 inch heel shoes from him. Such a good boy for treating his former mistress! =p
Lots of shoots in the works! Lots of new corsets and such to prance around in. So, I swear I will be much better in posting them sooner!
Okay thats all I can think of and I'm getting hungry....so here are some pictures!

Christ...maybe I'm actually a masochist. Or prehaps I'm just crazy since I'm pushing information into my brain like an elephant into a clown car. Yes, I am studying for the LSAT's, the law school exam, which apparently weighs just as much as my GPA ( no it isn't fair.) I have recently been pouring myself over preparing for the LSAT's that I am taking this saturday. The Princeton Review book, "Cracking the LSAT" has pencil marks, tea stains, tear stains(?) and such as they teach me effective ways of answering questions on the LSAT. The questions have proven to be full of detail as they test my ability to analyze and use logic on the information. On saturday morning, I have to be at my testing center at 8:30 in the morning for a four hour test. Afterwards I will be driving to the manfriend's only to pass out in bed until he comes home from work. I was reading some information that the level of difficulty on the LSAT is higher than the MCAT and the GRE. Yikes... now kid gets to deal with living with two woman stressed out over school. In sum, the LSAT's have now taken over my dreams and I cannot wait until this is over.
In other news... winter can seriously fuck off already. I'm sick of this nonsense.
I'm behind on uploading pictures. But after saturday, I will post some up! Promise! I have new sets from recent shoots to show and I have new 8 inch heels to wear for shoots.
So thats all for now. back to the studying!

Yes I am the spotlight for emYOU the magazine!

Giraffes!

Pookie and I had quite an adventure this past weekend. It all started with me getting myself up early to dig through the halloween stores to find a cute police costume ( two in a small) for our idea. We lucked out and starting to change them to our liking. Even though the costumes were polyster, Pookie was determined to dye them black (from dark blue) and although they looked black coming out of the dye... out of the dyer the dark blue was back, because polyster is basically plastic and does not dye. Pookie desgined our fashion police tickets and our name tags as I hot glued them to stars, spray painted the guns black, and made to cop-like tiny hats. Pookie put so much work into the costumes by making them into skirts, sewing a vinyl trim, silk screening "fashion police" on the back of them that I am in complete awe of her talent. They turned out so great that I think we'll have to bust them out again for a random occassions. I mean, the city club could always use the fashion police!
Pookie was Officer Pookie 2 and I was officer Pookie 1. Luckly, not too much drama went on saturday night and my drunken self managed to pull off some of my pointer finger's nail that its extremely sore.
Oooh We Are Latex are hosting a fetish night soon! details coming up!
Anyways... kid is currently playing some shot em' up game. I am fairly exhausted from the day of running around, the daily rountine of going to the gym and such. But here are some pictures from this past weekend!

Watch out for the Fashion/Pookie Police! )

Someone wrote me an email saying that they wanted to know random facts about me. Well here is goes:

1. I cannot sleep unless a fan is on. Its the drowning out of the rest of the noise I guess.
2. I steal blankets.. I have to wrap myself up like a burrito when I sleep and have the blanket between my knees since they are so bony. I also have to move my foot from left to right while I fall asleep.
3. In the morning... I literally growl around the apartment because the only thing that sounds good to me at that time is my bed
4. I am constantly amazed at how people don't take care of their bodies.
5. Everytime I recieve a new piece of vinyl/latex clothing I have to sit there and smell like some sort of deranged sicko
6. I'm actually smart
7. adjectives are the coolest part of the english language and I love using them
8. I also cannot sleep unless it is cool
9. I can throw down when it comes to food like no other
10. I'm a bit of a neat-freak
11. Everytime I go to the gym I have Oliva Newton's "Getting Physical" playing in my head.

Okay thats all I can think of for now. As for an update is concerned, not too much is going on! School is hectic, midterms can suck it.

I am a very lucky lucky little one. Last night, I had a shoot with Photo Highlights aka Dan Tibbets and the photos rock! Such a nice and talented guy! I am so glad I got the chance to work with him!
Other than that, everything is great! Spent some time with the manfriend who takes me out to city and makes me delicious food. mmmm ;p
Anyways, Pookie and I might just have a little trick up our sleeves for the city club. mwahahaha.
Okay pictures...stuffy stuff you don't wanna miss! Pictures from last night! yayyy!!!

Stuffy Stuff

  • Sep. 13th, 2008 at 2:12 PM

So, life is good. I'm quite a content, happy little one with all this great stuff happening in my life.
Started classes. While some of my classes make me feel like I was transported back into High School, I have had two professors express interest in me doing a presentation to the class about my research in the sex workers of Southeast Asia. Exciting!
New apartment is sooooo nice! The energy here just feels plain good.
So, facebook deleted me without any warning. I'm fairly upset about it. I created a new one but haven't got around to doing anything with it. I know there was nothing on my profile that was nudity and such. But as Steph said " your just too sexy for facebook"
So I had a shoot with Chris Gus Ckreations yesterday and have recieved a photo back already! I'm quite happy with the results. Such a great guy and talented photographer who doesn't not take this seriously! such a relief..

Anyways, its raining which means its the kind of weather to curl up with a book, but in the meantime... here's a two pictures for you all!

My poor neglected livejournal... I'm not into you as I use to be. But I just got my email saying that I got charged my annual 5$ for having a fancy account. Which means, better start putting it to good use.

But my goodness! Where to begin from the last update?!

My students were absolutely incredible. Their obedience in the classroom was astounding. The students were thirsting for knowledge about America, that anything we said or taught them, they diligently wrote down in their fluffy, cartoon covered notebooks. They took us around Hue to explore it with a local perspective. On the last day, Kim and I got quite choked up as they sang us a song and gave each of us a minuter dragon boat. I will miss them much.
Vietnam proved to be not only challenging, but rewarding as well. My research on the sex workers went well I suppose. I'm still having all my experiences soak in. What I saw when gathering my research is causing stress, anxiety and nightmares.
But I also got to travel to Hanoi which was different than Saigon and had more of a traditional feel, rather than the busily American like Saigon. Kim and I went out to check out the night-life which left some hilarious memories as we got introduced to some professional soccer players.
I arrived back into the states on August 8th. Singapore Airlines is the nicest airline ever. It felt so good to be back!
Other than that, I've been passing the time by packing for my move! Yay new apartment! Its a super nice place, that is much larger than my current one which a garage, backyard and wood floors. I am excited. I am living with Kid and rachel, which will be a much better situation than my current awkward predicament.
Anyways, past weekend was glorious. Went to the city club and I pranced around in my new corset and tiny hat. It was way to hot for me to even get a buzz off of my delicious drinks. But speaking of pookie....

If you are the proud owner of a small dog, why not give your dog a new attitude and turn him into the most fashionable pup on the block with Pookie's new dog clothing line!:

http://www.nurdbunny.com

Oh yes. its amazing.

Okay picture time... yeesh I got behind on picture uploading. whoops! But I have TONS of pictures... stuffy stuff from Vietnam, modeling, randomness... things not to be missed!

Floods and Mice

  • Jul. 15th, 2008 at 4:45 AM

I'm in Vietnam

damn

I don't even know where to beginning. Its all a bunch of crazyness with things not making sense and other events taking place. This is going to be a long blog so bear with me.
I arrived in Ho Chi Min City on tuesday. Ho Chi Min City is crazy as the traffic does not stop for you and you have to dodge motorcycles to cross the street. The week consisted of seeing the city, meeting with people in the community service flied and getting to know the other volunteers.
There is a total of 8 other volunteers who we are paired up in two's to teach our classes. I don't start teaching in next week. My partner, Kim, has become my partner in crime as we get into the weirdest situations.
We went to a club in Ho Chi Min City called Apocalypse Now. Which would be sweet if there wasn't the creepy Spanish men hitting on us, feeding us tequila and what not. it was hilarious
We left Ho Chi Min City on Saturday to take a train ride to Hue. The train ride was interesting as our cabin was infested with bugs and mice. 22 hours later, we arrived in Hue.
Hue is a smaller town with a quiet pace of life. The University were I am teaching is outside of the city and we are living in the dorms, which is actually nice. The University kinda looks like a prison with its gates everywhere and there is a cemetery next to us.
Its interesting in Vietnam. People are obsessed with my skin and calling me pretty. Nothing here makes sense but I'm hanging in there, trying to be patience and taking it all in.
Teaching began this past Monday and the students are slowly catching onto what we are discussing and our English.
Okay hopefully this picture posting will work since the internet here is sketchy. But Here we go! And mannn did it take forever!

Update timmmmeeee!!!!!

I will never understand the appeal of hitting on me when I come out of the gym. I'm sweaty, in a t-shirt with my hair pilled on top of my head and my giant sunglasses.

Also... Meerkat Manor is the saddest show ever. Man.. I mean.. seriously...

I leave for Vietnam in less than a week, which brings on feelings of enjoyment, nervousness and sadness. I am excited to be back in Southeast Asia, soaking up the warm sun and that delicious food. Nervous because of the tasks that I have to do. Between teaching my students to my own research, its so much to all handle that its causing so much stress and anxiety for me. Sadness to be leaving what is familar to me; My family, my dogs, Manfriend, Kid, Pookie...I cried to manfriend(oxoxoxxo) last night about it. Deep inside I know everything is going to be okay, but its still just...sad...

Some of you, have been reading my journal for awhile (oxoxo) So you know that I will be documenting my trip on my journal for Vietnam just like I did for Thailand. So stay tuned for adventures, ramblings and of course.. pictures!

But besides that lets see if I can remember what else has been going on!
I ran a blood drive not that long ago which turned out to be a huge sucess. My poor left arm... I gave blood and the nurse decided it would be a great idea to hit my valve. I was left with a sexy giant blue and purple bruise that has transformed into a smaller brownish yellowish bruise. Plus I had to get my shots for Vietnam in my left arm which left it feeling cold and fuzzy.

Broke my giant sunglasses *biggest sad face ever!* bought replacment ones which are slowly growing onto me.

Had an fantastic weekend with my pookie! Pookie almost made me cry as she gave me a buh-bye present ( heehee) and saying goodbye to her was tough! We almost got kicked out of the City Club because of our antics in the bathroom stall... heehee.. whoops.

Ah fuck.. I know there is more I wanted to update on, But I have tons of pictures! Photoshoots and funness!

Leave some love for your momma! Because the next time I'll update will be when I'm in Asia!

Hotness overload? prehaps... )

Well hot damn

I.Need.Her.Shirt

and goddamn is she hot! meow!!!

I have spent way too much time on BMEZINE's Modblog. Of course, I keep going...heyyy I know that person!

I fucked up my knee somehow. It hurts to bend. I'll update soon. I have more pics to share.

Also... I really fucking HATE Facebook. As I have been kicked off from them before, I now have had several of my photos deleted with nothing showing (this goes to you too photobucket) They deleted the ones of me and Heather in the nurse shoot even though I blacked out her bits.
I *guess* I understand deleting the pictures of me wearing a strap-on but c'mon!
yeesh...
I hate cenorship
almost as much as I hate indie rock...
